SeaWorld Orlando — Sat Apr 25

Bottom line: Buy date-specific tickets for April 25 at seaworld.com. Skip All-Day Dining (celiac kids can't use it). Quick Queue is worth considering if the budget allows — April weekends can be busy.

Ticket Options

Prices are approximate — SeaWorld uses date-specific pricing that varies. Select April 25 at checkout to see exact price.

Quick Queue — Worth It?

Quick Queue gives front-of-line access to major rides. Two tiers:

Arguments for:

  • April 25 is a Saturday — the busiest day of the week
  • Cinco de Mayo weekend + Seven Seas Food Festival = extra crowds
  • You have a 12:00 PM Sharks Underwater Grill reservation and a 10:30 AM Penguin Encounter, so your ride windows are limited
  • With 3 kids, waiting 45+ min in Florida heat is rough
  • At ~$20-36/person, it's $100-180 total for the family

Arguments against:

  • SeaWorld is generally less crowded than Disney — waits may be 15-30 min even without it
  • You're only there 9 AM – 5 PM, and 2+ hours are spoken for (Penguin Encounter + Sharks lunch)
  • The youngest kids may not ride the big coasters (54" height requirement on Mako, Manta, Kraken, Pipeline)

Recommendation: Check wait times in the SeaWorld app the week before. If everything is 30+ min, the PLUS tier (~$36/person) is worth it since it includes Penguin Trek. If waits look mild, skip it.

Parking

General parking is fine — the tram runs frequently.

All-Day Dining — Skip It

The All-Day Dining Deal (~$40/person) lets you eat at quick-service spots every 90 minutes. Skip this — quick-service at SeaWorld is not safe for celiac. Your only celiac-safe meal is Sharks Underwater Grill (already booked as a sit-down reservation). Pack GF snacks from Publix for everything else.

How to Buy

  • 5 tickets ~$400 (5 × ~$80)
  • Parking $35
  • Quick Queue (optional) $100–180 (5 × $20–36)

Bottom line: No rush on KSC. The Adults at Kids Rate promo ($64/person with code SAVEMORE) is valid through December 2026. Tickets are good any day with no reservation required. Wait until closer to the trip and check the weather — if April 26 looks like a washout, you have flexibility.

  • 5 tickets (gate price) ~$390 (5 × $78)
  • Parking $15/car at gate
  • Total (with SAVEMORE) ~$335 (saves ~$70 vs. gate price)

What's Included

General admission includes everything you need:

The Astronaut Training Experience ($175/person) and special lunch programs are separate. Not recommended for this trip — see To-Do page for details.
