Empty the refrigerator — dispose of all leftover food
All dishes must be CLEAN — run the dishwasher if needed, no dirty dishes in the sink
Clean and unplug the coffee maker and other kitchen appliances
All trash in tied bags, put out for pickup
Set thermostats to COOL, 78°F
Put all patio furniture back under the overhang
Replace grill cover if used
Turn off the lights, lock all windows and doors
Make sure front door locks behind you on the way out
Remove all personal items
