Entry: Electronic deadbolt — key code will be emailed before check-in.

House Details

• Thermostat: One per floor. Do NOT set below 70°F (AC will malfunction).
• TVs: In all common areas (living room, loft, game room) and every bedroom.
• Washer & Dryer: In-house. Starter laundry pods provided.
• BBQ Grill: Available (propane not guaranteed — exchange at local gas station if empty). Not permitted in enclosed patio area. Replace grill cover when done.
• Starter supplies provided: Soap, shampoo, laundry pods. Bring your own extras.
• NOT provided: Pool towels, coffee + filters, extra trash bags, extra toiletries.

House Rules

• No fireworks (fee for cleanup)
• Not a party home — parties not allowed
• No smoking on premises or in pool enclosure
• All guests must be registered
• Comply with Storey Lake noise guidelines
• No BBQ in the enclosed patio area
• Parking is first-come, first-served (plenty of space)

• Empty the refrigerator — dispose of all leftover food
• All dishes must be CLEAN — run the dishwasher if needed, no dirty dishes in sink
• Clean and unplug the coffee maker and other kitchen appliances
• All trash in tied bags, put out in receptacle outside front door
• Set thermostats to COOL, 78°F
• Put all patio furniture back under the overhang
• Replace grill cover if used
• Turn off the lights, lock all windows and doors
• Make sure front door locks behind you on the way out
• Remove all personal items
