Keep it relaxed — it's a travel day. EPCOT is a 10-min walk from your room — no bus needed.

  • No need for Lightning Lane tonight — World Showcase doesn't have long ride waits
  • Save the big EPCOT rides (Cosmic Rewind, Test Track) for Wednesday morning
  • The International Gateway entrance puts you right in World Showcase — perfect for an evening stroll
  • Flower & Garden Festival stalls have GF-labeled options — ask each cast member

  • Garden Rocks Concert Series (America Gardens Theater) — 5:30 PM, 6:45 PM, 8:00 PM. Free with admission. Fri–Mon = major artists, Tue–Thu = local acts.
  • Spaceship Earth Projections — after sunset through park close. Rotating shows including "What Else Can I Do?" (Encanto) and Colors of the Wind. No set time, just walk by.
  • Harmonious / EPCOT nighttime spectacular — ~8:30–9:00 PM (check app for exact time)
  • Spike the Bee — CommuniCore Hall, garden transitions from day to night theme

Tonight is Tuesday — Garden Rocks will be local acts, not headliners.

  • Best for: Easy GF dinner option steps from the hotel

  • What's safe: Full allergy-friendly menu covering top 9 allergens. GF pasta and entrées available.
  • Protocol: Note celiac when reserving. Chef will come to the table.
  • Best for: Sit-down breakfast or dinner without leaving the BoardWalk area

In-park dining: Any Disney quick-service or table-service restaurant can accommodate celiac — tell the cast member, chef comes out. Use the My Disney Experience app to filter by "Gluten/Wheat" when mobile ordering.
